What we do

Built around your NFPA 96 cycle

Kitchen exhaust cleaning scheduled around how often the code requires it for your kitchen, with filter exchange between the full cleans.

Full-system scope

Every job covers the same four components

The most common complaint we hear about other cleaners: they only touched the canopy. Every 360 Facility Care job covers all four.

01

Hood & Canopy

Degreased to bare metal, which is the standard NFPA 96 sets. Wiping down or spot-cleaning doesn't meet it, and this is the first thing an inspector looks at.

  • Interior and exterior surfaces degreased to bare metal
  • Grease trough and drain cleared and flushed
02

Baffle & Grease Filters

Pulled, soaked in degreaser and reinstalled. Rinsing them in place doesn't get the grease out.

  • Removed, hot-soaked, and pressure-rinsed
  • Checked for warping and proper seal on reinstall
03

Ductwork

The full run, including the sections you can't see from the kitchen floor. This is the part most quick-clean competitors skip.

  • Full vertical and horizontal run cleaned
  • Access panels inspected and resealed
04

Rooftop Fan

Housing and blades degreased, and we check the fan hinge kit while we're up there. Grease that collects on the roof is a genuine fire risk, and a canopy-only clean never reaches it.

  • Fan housing and blades degreased
  • Hinge kit checked and lubricated for safe tip-up access
05

Filter Exchange Program

Between full-system cleans we swap your baffle filters for a freshly cleaned set on the spot. No downtime, and nothing soaking on your property.

In development as our second service line. We'll list it here once the equipment and the scheduling are ready, and not before.
